I read about this album awhile ago. Derek Trucks wrote the music and the band recorded in the Tedeschi Trucks home studio. 100% analog. Quality pressing & like all TTB vinyl, low noise floor. I also read that they were waiting to take the stage @ colonel Bruce Hampton’s 70th bday concert when he died of a heart attack on stage. There was a lot of mourning in and around the band @ the time and this album appropriately reflects the “Signs” (Greg Allman, Butch Trucks, Leon Russel). The “bonus” single that couldn’t fit on the single lp album is included as a 33 &1/3. “The Ending”. Beauty acoustic tribute song to all the above dearly departed. Nice etching on opposite side. Very touching. Kinda reminds me of “Brothers and sisters” & “Eat a peach” liner notes. Dedicated to a brother.
